Godin Construction is a full service company specializing in residential renovation and new construction.  Our projects range from modest additions and remodeling of existing homes, to complete construction of architect-designed new residences.  We have developed a particular expertise in working on older homes and historic preservation projects.  We make every effort to blend new construction with the existing architectural character through the use of appropriate materials, craftsmanship and detailing, while sensitively integrating repairs, new systems, energy efficiency and updated amenities for modern living. 

Mike Godin is a highly skilled carpenter/craftsman with 23 years of experience in the construction industry.  He established Godin Construction in 1994, offering general contracting services.  As sole proprietor, Mike works closely with homeowners, historical societies, town selectmen and architects to meet project goals, budgetary constraints and completion schedules.  The number of projects running concurrently is limited to ensure that personal attention is available on a daily basis, from start to finish.
